For a single fee, we do all of the following:

Thoroughly qualify all prospective tenants, with employment verification, credit checks, and eviction background reports.

Collect all rents and maintain separate trust accounts for rent and deposits.

Handle utility bills and ongoing expenses.

Supply monthly accounting statements, showing details of collections and disbursements.

Prepare year-end tax accounting statements.

Act as liaison between tenants and owners for maintenance and repair issues and resolve any disputes.

In addition, as a full-service real estate firm, we can assist with acquisition and disposition of properties, offer analysis of market trends and conditions, and serve as transaction guides in any way necessary.
