As a full-time property management company, Sunshine Properties takes its commitments to owners and tenants equally seriously. Our professional team is dedicated to simplifying the application and qualification process for prospective renters, and we have both English and Spanish-language-speaking office staff.

We also are committed to assuring the highest possible return on investment for each owner. Our services are comprehensive; we believe they are also complementary, and we strive to be transparent in all of our dealings. We collect a reasonable fee for services that varies between 8-10% of rent collected.

Ongoing management does not end, however, when a lease is signed. We offer a six-month rent guarantee. We perform periodic drive-by inspections of each property on our rolls, coordinate and supervise necessary ongoing maintenance, and monitor market conditions in order to analyze trends and recommend rent adjustments as necessary.
